Singapore’s Carrot Cake

When I was in Singapore, I didn’t get a change to try this food. So a few days ago I tried to taste it at Eat n’ Eat MKG 5. Not only crab cakes carrot cake (gw kok ingetnya crab cake yah…. hehehe), they also sell Chinese/Malaysian Noodle. I heard it’s delicious too. Many people ordered it when I queued.

The crab cakes carrot cake has 2 variates : black and white. They cook it with egg. What differs the black and white one is that the black crab cake carrot cake use soy sauce while the white one isn’t.
